-Turkish get ups w/ 80lbs kettlebell: 4 sets of 1 on each side,focusing on pausing on each step.
-10 hill sprints

The workout only took about 15 minutes but with exercises like the get up and sprints that's really all you need. With a little creativity and knowledge you can get in very effective workouts in minimal amounts of time. It is not the amount of time but the consistency that is key. 10-15 minutes of exercises a couple times a week will always yield better results that two hour workouts a couple times per month . In future blog posts I will share some of my favorite time saving workouts.
